Evita Peron and some other impressions....


 Today's theme is dedicated to Evita Peron
and the colorful neighborhood of La Boca...




Eva Perón was born on May 7, 1919, in Los Toldos, Argentina. After moving to Buenos Aires in the 1930s, she had some success as an actress. in 1945, she married Juan Perón, who became president of Argentina.Eva Perón used her position as first lady to fight for women's suffrage and improving the lives of the poor, and became a legendary figure in Argentine politics. She died in 1952 with 32 years.

Colourful La Boca



 La Boca is a neighborhood in Buenos Aires with a strong European flavour. Colourful houses and pedestrian street, the Caminito, where Tango artists perform and tango-related memorabilia is sold. Club Atletico Boca Juniors, the famous soccer club is based in La Boca.
